1. The exchange and return policy applies to all products except for food items such as coffee beans.
2. The exchange or return process should be completed within a period not exceeding seven days, provided that the products are in their original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in the original packaging with all accessories, if any.
3. The original invoice must be presented to avail of the exchange and return service.
4. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product to be exchanged or returned.
5. Damaged or defective products can be exchanged or returned as long as they are in the same condition as when received by the customer, within a period not exceeding seven days from the date of receipt of the products.
6. Customer acceptance of the shipment from the shipping company implies acknowledgment that the package (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened prior to receipt.
